My Transformation & Purpose
Through hypnosis and energy healing, I have experienced countless magical moments—meeting guides, dragons, ascended masters, and galactic family, each experience carrying deep meaning and healing for those I serve.
These journeys showed me that we are never alone, and that profound healing becomes possible when we open ourselves to our Higher Self.
As I grew in this practice, I began to relax into my soul’s guidance, allowing wisdom to flow naturally. Each session is not just about healing—it’s about remembering who we truly are and we are all a spark of light from Creator/Source, having an expereience in physical form.
My Approach
What makes my work unique is the depth and sacredness of each session. Hypnosis opens a doorway into the Higher Self, where true transformation begins.
In this state, the body relaxes deeper than sleep, allowing healing energies to move freely. I guide each person with unconditional love, compassion, and trust, holding space for their journey with the support of benevolent guides.
I believe that protecting and nurturing our energy field is essential in today’s world. My sessions are powerful yet gentle, designed to release blockages, clear shadows, and expand your light so you can carry it forward with strength.

Welcome, I’m Bridget.
I am the heart and guide behind Rebirth Hypnosis, where deep transformation and spiritual awakening unfold.
My journey began in 2015, when I stepped onto a deep spiritual path that led me into self-discovery and shadow work. In 2018, I was introduced to Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) through Dolores Cannon’s teachings.
In that moment, I knew I had found my true calling: to serve and help others reconnect with their essence, truth, and soul’s purpose.
